|If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit(see details below).|
All returns will be inspected prior to issuing a refund or credit
We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, or if any parts or packaging is missing or damaged in any way. Returns must be returned in their original box or packaging, and must not be worn, deteriorated, torn or otherwise not saleable in its condition or appearance.
Delivery charges are not refundable (applies to freight shipment of large items such as air compressors).
Freight claims for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier and clearly noted on Bills of Lading when receiving shipments. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR PROTECTION. Although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify us immediately so that we may be of some assistance.
In order to better serve you and to facilitate speedy, accurate returns processing we ask that you prepare your returns by adhering to the following guidelines:
1. A Return Authorization number (RA) must accompany all returns. Please contact us for this number.
2. Prepare an itemized list of all items being returned (part number, quantity), and indicate the reason for return, i.e. new, broken/defective, etc.
3. Record the RA # provided by us on the itemized list of all items being returned. Contact us for this number.
PLEASE SEPARATE NEW AND BROKEN/DEFECTIVE CLAIM ITEMS EITHER IN A SEPARATE BAG OR BOX.
All sales are final after 30 days.
